Interstellar Harmony Private Studio Events: I have a limited amount of space when hosting guided meditations at my wellness studio, so please inform me in advance if you can't attend. This will allow me to give your spot to someone else. It would be helpful if you let me know at least 24 hours before the event.

We kindly suggest a donation of $10 per person. Donations are accepted in cash or digital transfer. Folks in the LGBTQIA+ or BPOC community can inquire for discounts.

Please wear comfortable clothing to fully enjoy this meditative experience. If you prefer to sit during meditation, bring your own yoga mat or a chair. It's a good idea to bring blankets and socks as well. Don't worry if you forget your yoga mat or don't have one, as we have extras available.
